Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the third-party company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Morrow County Criminal History does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email message may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is not disclosed outside the organization unless a valid legal duty requires disclosure.
Data We Gather Automatically
Loading a page can cause servers and analytics tools to collect routine technical details about the visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Morrow County Criminal History does not compile, maintain, or sell a personal criminal-record database. It describes official access through MCSO, Oregon courts, Oregon State Police CJIS, and the Oregon Sex Offender Registry. Government disclosure follows the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311-192.478, and criminal-history confidentiality and dissemination provisions in ORS chapter 181A. Visitor information is not assembled into third-party consumer reports, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Information submitted there is governed by the selected provider’s privacy policy rather than this policy. Each provider decides how long it retains data and when it shares information. Review those terms before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff pages, Oregon court portals, state agencies, legal-aid resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor follows a link, the destination’s privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select targeted advertisements.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Analytics vendors measuring performance and traffic
- Search partners processing a visitor’s submitted query
- Advertising networks serving content on the pages
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data

Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than 18. Information known to have been supplied by a minor will be removed after notice.
